Guitar Concert in Arroyo de la Luz

Ricardo Gallén returns once again to the Corral de Comedias in Arroyo de la Luz, Cáceres, for a new guitar concert. He will present a programme following in the footsteps of Maestro Segovia, formed primarily by Spanish composers who either wrote for him or whom the Maestro performed regularly in his concerts.

Torroba, Rodrigo, Albéniz, Granados and, as an exception, Ponce with his majestic Sonata Romántica, inspired by Schubert — a work that marked a turning point in Ricardo’s training and career exactly 40 years ago. He will share more about this during the concert.
